Marketing Working Group
VeR's Marketing Working Group is responsible for the Alliance's general marketing and the distribution of the results from the other working groups, in particular. The Groups's activities include, among others, identifying seminars and congresses, coordinating and sending press releases, compiling drafts and templates for external presentations and creating web pages with relevant information. Additionally, the Working Group is also responsible for internal communication. This takes place within the internal area of the VeR website and through a corresponding newsletter for members.

Technical Working Group
VeR's Technical Working Group deals with of the Alliance's technical questions. A core area is topic inter-operability. In this regard, a complete technical foundation was prepared in 2009/2010, where the providers can work together amongst themselves and create specifications. The focus of the year 2010 is the realization of interoperability. Approaches to solutions are being discussed and testing methods are being developed. Through this it should be easier for new members to join. Furthermore, data formats, implementation of European directives, and further details regarding the technical aspects of e-Invoicing are discussed in regular meetings.

Quality Working Group
VeR's Quality Working Group primarily examines legal and taxation issues for reasons of quality assurance. Therefore, sample documents are created, best practice methods are developed, and appropriate assistance for our members is provided. Within the internal area of the web page, members have for example access to an interoperability agreement or a large sample of procedural documentation with several text options (modules).
